Kyrah Cilia and Sheena Wilbow began singing at the tender age of nine years old. Since then they have dedicated their lives to their music and worked extremely hard to take steps closer to their dreams. Entering talent quests, musicals, eisteddfods, and school events under the age of 16 allowed the girls to experience a range of what the industry offers at a young age. Both the girl’s capabilities separately are enough to impress, but together-they are unstoppable.

Kyrah and Sheena met while studying a bachelor of contemporary music in 2008. Sharing a pure love for music and a passion to perform, the two girls combined their powers to create one of Australia's most unique duo's, Femme Da Funk. Rocking any stage with their BIG voices and FUNKALICIOUS style, Femme Da Funk really know how to entertain the crowd.
Kyrah and Sheena have performed at all kinds of venues throughout Australia and overseas, just to name a few- The Sydney Royal Easter Show 2009-2010, The Enmore Theatre, The Sydney Entertainment Centre, The Mac, The Sound Lounge (Seymour Centre), The Beresford Hotel, Australian Technology Park, Rabbitohs presentation night 2011, and over 15 Sydney RSL Clubs.

The girls had a huge success this year making it into Ronan Keating's Top 6 Groups of the Hit TV show "The Xfactor Australia". After making it past the first stage of the competition with 4 definite yeses from international stars-Ronan Keating, Mel B and home grown stars, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Guy Sebastian, the girls flew to L.A to shoot the show in some of the most recognized music venues in California. Visiting the famous ‘Capitol Records’ in Hollywood, singing on the same stage as artists such as John Mayer and Pussy Cat Dolls at the ‘Viper Room’ (formerly owned by Johnny Depp), Femme Da Funk have had the experience of the superstar lifestyle.
The girls also had the experience of not only meeting but also performing in front superstars, Joel and Benji Madden (Good charlotte) and Leona Lewis.

Femme Da Funk are continuing to write, perform and grow as artists and won’t stop at any means. Their unique sound, combining genres such as Soul/Rnb/Pop/Funk brings a fresh sound to the Australian industry. The love Femme Da Funk have for performing together is evident in their presence.
